Dr. Brenda Brummond

I'm a Doctor of Chiropractic, intuitive business mentor, transformational coach, speaker, and retreat leader. For nearly 20 years, I've coached high-achieving women through the deeper patterns that sit beneath leadership, business, and success — moving them past self-doubt, perfectionism, and pressure into clarity, self-trust, and alignment. My approach bridges emotional intelligence, energetic intelligence, self-worth, and grounded business strategy — it's how I created the Awakened Business Model.

Before we ever open a Zoom call, we're gathering in person. This is your chance to meet the women you'll be growing alongside for the next 18 weeks — not through a screen, but across a table.

The Closing Celebration Retreat — $2,200
Two days together at the beautiful Stockholm House in Stockholm, Wisconsin, bringing the whole experience full circle. You'll leave with professional business photos and a short recorded segment capturing your story and why you chose this work — yours to use in your business, on social media, your website, and beyond — plus dedicated coaching and planning time to carry everything forward.
This is entirely optional — you don't need it to complete the Academy — but it's a beautiful way to close out the journey together.

Who is The Intuitive Coach Academy™ for?
It's for women who feel called to coach — whether you're just beginning or already coaching and ready to become exceptional. If you believe who you become matters as much as what you sell, you'll feel at home here.
Do I need coaching experience to join?
No. The Academy is designed for women at different stages — you may be considering becoming a coach, already coaching, or running an established service-based business. It's also valuable for healthcare providers, consultants, interior designers, photographers, and other creatives whose work is built around their expertise and relationships. What matters most is that you want to deepen your own development and build work that feels more aligned with who you are.
When does it start, and how long is it?
The next cohort begins with an in-person kickoff on September 25, 2026, followed by 18 weeks of live weekly sessions on Zoom.
What's the weekly time commitment?
Most weeks include a 90-minute live Zoom session — 60 minutes of teaching plus 30 minutes of live coaching and Q&A. Every third week is shorter and dedicated entirely to live coaching and Q&A, giving you space to integrate before the next module begins.
What happens if I miss a live session?
Every session is recorded, so if you need to miss one, you can watch the replay and stay connected to the work. Live attendance is encouraged whenever possible — much of the value comes through the coaching and conversation in the room — but missing a session doesn't mean missing the experience.
Are sessions recorded, and how long are replays available?
Yes — all live sessions are recorded, and you'll have access to the recordings for the life of the program.
What work happens between sessions?
This isn't busywork. Between sessions you'll be invited to reflect, contemplate, and apply what we're discussing to your own life and business — some weeks looking more closely at a belief or pattern, other weeks getting clearer on who you serve, your offers, your pricing, or your next aligned move. You can go as deep as you choose; the goal is clarity within you, which creates clarity in how you work, lead, and build.
How much is it, and are there payment plans?
Your investment is $4,000 paid in full, or four monthly payments of $1,200. This is the Founding Cohort rate — because you're part of this first group, the investment is lower than it will be for future cohorts, and your feedback along the way will help shape what the Academy becomes.
What do I receive when I complete the program?
More than information — you leave knowing yourself differently, with greater clarity on your strengths, intuition, and the way you naturally serve. We bring that personal clarity into the practical pieces of your business too: who you want to serve, your offers and pricing, your messaging and content, and your next aligned direction. The goal isn't for you to leave with Brenda's definition of success — it's for you to get clearer on what success means to you, and build from there.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?
Because this is a small, live experience with your place specifically reserved for you, all payments are nonrefundable once you enroll. This is meant to help every woman who joins make the decision thoughtfully and feel grounded in her yes.
How many women are being accepted into this cohort?
The Founding Cohort will be intentionally small — up to 10 women — so the experience can stay intimate, personal, and highly interactive.
What does the ongoing support and accountability include?
Accountability is woven into the live sessions, coaching conversations, and reflection — staying connected to what you said you wanted for yourself, without pressure. Because this is the Founding Cohort, any continued support beyond the initial 18 weeks will take shape around what the women in the group actually need, rather than being decided in advance.
